    Pactual Property Fund

Pactual Property Fund is a closed ended real estate fund that was incorporated in December 2015.

It was the first real estate fund to be launched in Angola after the release of the asset management regulation by the regulator, the Comissão de Mercado de Capitais. This fund is the result of a partnership between HCP and Banco Millennium Atlantico. The fund as a mixed investment policy but seeks predominantly mature assets with long term rental agreements with tenants with a high credit rating.

The investment policy enables the fund to have annually a cash yield that supports the payments of dividends on an annual basis.
