Atlântico Protecção is a fixed income closed ended mutual fund that was incorporated in December 2016, a pioneer fund in the Angolan financial market.
The fund was the first of its kind to be launched in the Angolan market. This fund is the result of a partnership between HCP and Banco Millennium Atlantico. Its investment policy is focused in the protection of investors exposed to Angolan kwanzas against the devaluation of this currency vis a vis the United States dollar.
The fund investment predominantly in Angolan indexed (AOA to USD) sovereign bonds.
